UFC 166 Betting LinesHere is a look at UFC 166 with a focus on Velasquez vs. dos Santos.

UFC 166 Main Card

Cain Velasquez -205 vs. Junior dos Santos (Rounds 3.5 under -145)

Velasquez comes into this bout with a record of 12-1 and he is the current UFC heavyweight champion while dos Santos is 16-2 Both fighters have a lot of respect for one another so there hasn’t been a great deal of talk leading up to this fight. “I think me and ‘Jun’ got it easy where there isn’t much trash talking between us,” Velasquez said. “We’re respectful of each other.”

In their first meeting back in 2011 it was dos Santos winning by first round knockout. In their second meeting in 2012 it was Velasquez winning by unanimous decision in a fight that went five rounds. Dos Santos was pounded on for five rounds in that second fight but somehow he didn’t get knocked out. This fight on Saturday could be the last matchup between the two fighters.

“I think this’ll be the last. Obviously this is the one that settles is all,” Velasquez said, “Obviously you have to wait and see, but yeah, I think will be the end of it.” Dos Santos was not so sure saying, “I don’t think it’s going to be the last one. I just don’t think so. I think we’re going to fight each other again in the future,” dos Santos said.
